Lodging
The organizers negotiated discounted rates at the Sokos Hotel Palace Bridge for the conference participants and accompanying guests. The price of a single room is 7800 Russian rubles (~$250) per night, and double room is 8300 rubles (~$265) per night. The earliest check-in is on June 13. The hotel check-in time is 15:00. Check-out is by 12:00 on June 18.
Alternative lodging options
If you prefer alternative accommodations, please indicate so on the registration form. Alternative lodging is available for the conference participants at four- and three-star hotels within five to 25 minutes walking distance from the conference venue. Most of these are mini-hotels, so your first choice can not be guaranteed. We also offer rooms at the four-star “Moscow” hotel located in three subway stops away (~10 min) from “Vasileostrovskaya” station, which is a short walking distance from the venue. Please consult the hotel web sites for check-in and check-out times.

2 The hotel “Moscow” is near the “Ploshchad Aleksandra Nevskogo” subway station. To get to the meeting venue from the “Moscow” hotel, take a train (3 stops; ~10 min) to the “Vasileostrovskaya” station, then walk to Sokos Hotel Palace Bridge (900 m). The subway operates from 6:00 until midnight. It can be somewhat crowded during rush hours, but it is efficient and safe.
